Vision
There are multiple studies outlining the gap in the middle school, high school, and college curricula in teaching essential life skills to prepare youth for life as an adult, and the negative impact of those gaps.
While there is a need to fill this gap in learning for both girls and boys, Diamonds and Pearls Girls Club, Inc. will focus on the nuances that come with the growth and development of girls.
We want to support Parents and our Daughters in providing a safe place for mentorship, learning, development, networking, empowerment, inspiration and a foundation for success.
Mission
Diamonds & Pearls Girls Club, Inc.
is an educational and social club established for girls 12 to 18.
The club’s curriculum highlights five key competency categories to lay the foundation in cultivating life skills.
Those are:
Financial Planning, Interpersonal Skills, Professional Development, Self-Care
and Social Engagement.
